Rebecca Owen is an award winning longarm quilter whose work reflects a lifelong devotion to fabric, colour, and the expressive possibilities of stitch. Beginning her creative journey in childhood, she has developed a practice that merges traditional quilting foundations with contemporary aesthetics.
Rebecca’s work spans quilts, thread sketched compositions, and garments, each piece revealing experimentation and material storytelling.
Her artistic practice celebrates curiosity, improvisation, and the quiet power of handmade work, inviting viewers to engage with the textures, rhythms, and narratives embedded in every stitch.
